How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Well, after hitting my goal on the 19th I've struggled all week with my nutrition. Still getting my steps in every day, but the FOOD NOISE has been unreal this week! 🙆

Anyone else, or just me???

I’m doing zero carb to get rid of the food noise, but I’m still struggling with “caffeine noise.” In addition to weight loss, I’m trying to kick my addictions (coffee/carbs/sugar). I’m hoping this week will be the week!

I hear what your saying however kicking all those addiction's at once seems overwhelming. I find coffee (black) reduces the food noise temporally. No harm in coffee, just not 8 a day. LOL
