How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I've lost a bit more than I thought I would by now, which is good since I've got two big food-centered events coming up this week. We'll see how I'm faring on the other side of those.

Hope you're all meeting your goals!

Good for you! I’m behind where I wanted to be but just had two food related outings and didn’t make the best choices (decided to enjoy what I wanted when out with friends). Good thing about these longer games is there is always time to catch up! Have fun at your events.

Katie -- I have a very common name, so I was always given a nickname. This is the one I was given in high school, and it stuck.
