  • This is my weight loss over the last year. I wanted to show that even though you have a few bumps along the way, it is important to keep going. I have gone from 236.8 on 10-19-2024 to 171.6 today. You can tell, that I would go long periods of time and not even get on the scale. This dietbet has gotten me back on track. It has taken me a long time to lose 65 lbs because I wanted to do it in a way that was sustainable to me. We got this! Let's keep each other motivated to become the best version of ourselves that we can.

A slight gain this week. Some weeks are just like that. I’m still about 15 pounds away from a healthy BMI weight. My goal is to reach it this summer. So far I’ve lost 72 pounds in 18 months (and three transformers).

I’ve got about 5 pounds to lose in the next three weeks and it’s going to be tough.

I’m glad for the accountability, especially now that it’s so slow. But slow and steady wins the race!

Am I the only one that sees DONUT when reading that pic? :joy:

I’ve been slacking in off since I lost 5.3 percent in the kickstarter but I’m back at it now, determined to make this month’s goal.

I do so good when I am at work, so during the week, I am great. The weekend is when I seem to falter. I am going to try to keep my diet where it needs to be for this 3 day weekend coming up.

Plan your weekend meals ahead of time and prep them Saturday morning if you can. Don’t let you weekend be your weak end.

Same here. In laws, family dinner, lots of good cooks! Definitely harder with the extra time.

First weight check in complete. I have lost 3 lbs this week. I am 74% to the Feb. 1 goal. How is everyone else doing? Any non scale victories? I feel as if I am less bloated this week. It is probably from intaking my water and less zero sugar soft drinks.

Wow! That’s awesome! I’m only down 1.5, but I swear I already have more energy. It’s so encouraging seeing people losing 3+ pounds already!

I'm finally back down to my pre-holiday weight. I'm feeling a lot less bloated and clothes are fitting better.

I lost 60 lbs last year, but then I got lazy about it. I didn’t gain any weight back, but quit losing. I have 40 more lbs to go, so hopefully this gets me back on track.

Not gaining any back is a huge, huge win!!

60 pounds is awesome! And not gaining anything back especially through the holidays is still an amazing accomplishment!
