I need to do an official weigh-in, didn’t have time this morning as I was rushing to get ready for church, but after a week away at my sisters and utilizing a walking challenge I am at my 10% goal already! We really motivated each other to do well this past week and that coupled with everything I’ve been doing here with this group has given me that boost I needed! I’m so excited to just keep pushing forward 😊

Just waiting for my weigh-in to be verified! I had a sudden jump in my weight right before I had to weigh-in which was super annoying, (totally all my fault tho lol) but I stayed focused and just waited til the last day and managed to make it with a couple pounds to spare. Down 22 pounds in this game and a total of 51 since I started my journey! 😊 I love coming in and reading everyone’s encouraging words and relating with the struggles we all face, thank you to each and every one of you for sharing your thoughts, perspectives, and motivations!

Been mia for over a month. Losing my dad has been so hard. Navigating life without him in my home makes me so sad. I catch myself not eating and just over all not taking care of myself. This is to make me make myself a priority and even if I do t make goal weight each month to continue on my journey.

Holy moly, I made it right on the dot! WHEW. Finally got there!

I didn’t make it, but I won’t view this month as a loss. My body finally started cooperating again, and after being leagues away from last month’s goal, I caught up and missed this month by 1.5 pounds. The next goal is only 4 pounds away, with the ultimate goal 6 pounds down. Sure, the extra $$ would’ve been nice, and I busted my tail this past couple weeks to try to get there, but I refuse to view this as anything but a victory.

Now that I made the weigh in I took out a second mortgage on the house and purchased five guys tonight. Why am I like this?

Well, I have hit my goal for this month already…thanks to an intense round of what I am assuming is Covid. Not the diet plan I would recommend AT ALL but it was nice to have a bonus out of this misery I have been in lol. Now I have to get back on track for my walking challenge once I am fully recovered and can do so without extreme fatigue. Pshew.

Finally feel like I’m on a good track! Joined a walking challenge with my sisters so I’m getting over 10k steps a day and really boosting my activity. Also challenging ourselves on water which is so important and have been averaging 108oz a day. I was stuck at my last weigh-in weight but have finally dropped below that and have 4 pounds to lose before the weigh-in and I totally feel that I have it!

I hit a milestone yesterday with a weight loss of 30 lbs since beginning my weight loss journey on January 1. To celebrate I treated myself to a mani/pedi. I have not been to my nail salon since last summer as I just did not feel worthy to be spending money on myself. Well, my nail lady saw me and said “Oh my gosh, you look great! You lost weight!! You look so much younger!!” This just made my day. I’m still on cloud nine.

My next mini goal is to get into Onederland! Look out, Onederland, Here I come!!
