We made it to the weekend and to the end of January. This is a great time to enjoy yourself while still keeping your goals in mind. You don’t have to be perfect, just intentional. Think ahead, drink your water, and keep your body moving in ways that feel good.
Quick reminder that weigh-ins are coming up February 1st–2nd.
-Wear lightweight clothing (no shoes or heavy layers)
-Stand on a hard, flat surface (no carpets or anything else touching the scale)
-Make sure your weigh-in word and full face are clearly visible
-Use one sheet of paper for your weigh-in word or show clear separation between the scale and your notebook/notepad/etc.
