  • We made it to the weekend and to the end of January. This is a great time to enjoy yourself while still keeping your goals in mind. You don’t have to be perfect, just intentional. Think ahead, drink your water, and keep your body moving in ways that feel good.

    Quick reminder that weigh-ins are coming up February 1st–2nd.
    -Wear lightweight clothing (no shoes or heavy layers)
    -Stand on a hard, flat surface (no carpets or anything else touching the scale)
    -Make sure your weigh-in word and full face are clearly visible
    -Use one sheet of paper for your weigh-in word or show clear separation between the scale and your notebook/notepad/etc.

    Enjoy your weekend, take care of yourself, and keep showing up.

Can we submit the weight twice? Let’s say i get a certain weight, but maybe I’m bloated and I think I can do better the following day, can I submit again?

Does anyone know if we can submit the weight twice? Let’s say I don’t like my result but maybe it’s a natural variation and I think I can do better the following day, can we weigh in again and will the system keep the best result?

The reasoning is that many things can influence the weight, even something so simple as having used the bathroom or not before the weigh-in, or having drunk more or less water… So I was wondering if we could try twice and use the best one

If you get in the scale and you haven't reached the official weight, I would not submit it and try again the next day.

  • I weighed in and I am in shock at the number! I am and was upset but, I decided to reframe my thinking. I am doing something about it this year, so no time to have a pity party any longer!!!! No self-sabotaging and no feeling sorry for myself.

Week 1 is always my favorite. I've already hit my 1st round goal! My Christmas bloat is gone! I know it will slow down next week, but I'm okay with that.

  • It’s my fist time here! I came from Step Bet. I’m so excited! But I wish I had started this much sooner, when I was much heavier! I’m already several months into my weight loss journey, so I’m nervous that it will be harder…
