How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Curious about game logistics...
How are so many people dropping out each round but aren’t included in the pot? I thought we were obligated to pay for whole time? The end pot has dropped a lot since beginning the game. Thanks!

I understood this up front: If you paid all up front, you get a $25 discount. If you pay one month at a time, you can drop out at anytime.

Allowing people to drop out without continuing to contribute is wrong. The entire point of this is to commit to a goal and not bug out at the first sign of adversity. I'm with you, Nathan; I thought everyone was in for the $150.
