For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Where are some of the heavier females (high 200s/300s) and what are you guys doing to make changes? I have a problem with consistency, have struggled with food addiction and having poor self control and i could use any tips that might be working for you! I also would love to have some chat buddies through these remaining months!

I weighed almost 600 pounds, I'm down to 455 now. For me I find I just don't buy certain foods, so they are not in the house. I use the Lose it app and track everything I eat, trying to stay in the calorie range of 1200-1400, also keeping my carbs down. I have been over weight my entire life and while I still have a lot to lose, I feel more in control. Another thing that works for me is if I crave something, I try to find a healthier alternative.
