I’ll echo on consistency! If you have longer term goals than this will reach you to, i recommend starting another transformer partway through this one as well. The weight loss per round requirements slow down, and it’s a lot easier to keep up your momentum than it is to restart it :) you got this!

Definitely have a plan! You’re not going to be able to lose consistently by just “making healthier choices.” Have a definitive daily plan to follow in both fitness and nutrition. Set tangible goals, whatever they may look like. I like to use MyFitnessPal and follow the calorie suggestions and log my food. I also like to do a StepBet in conjunction with a transformer so it keeps me accountable to move on a daily basis. It’s super easy to tell yourself, “I’ll get moving tomorrow,” and next thing you know its been a week and you haven’t done anything.
