For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Down 12.8lbs - 3.1 to go for Round 2 goal. Tonight is my family birthday dinner. Trying to do the healthy thing - requested baked chicken with rice, steamed squash, and zucchini. (Instead of the meatloaf or lasagna I really wanted) I’m going to buy the smallest chocolate cake I can get that will serve 9 people with no leftovers to bring home. It’s actually the pre-dinner snacks I will probably struggle with the most. I think my mother-in-law said she’s getting either a fruit or veggie tray. Just need to avoid the crackers and dip and bowls of nuts and M&M’s she’s liable to put out. I’ve never lost a Diet Bet since I started doing these in 2016 - I am not going to sabotage myself. I can do this.
