How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I have one. My 2 year old and I both use it on the regular. Me for stability exercises and him to get the wiggles out, haha. It’s definitely a sacrifice of usable floor space but worthwhile and I believe we would replace it if anything happened to this one. We also have a bosu and step unit thing that we scored via Amazon’s warehouse discount scratch & dent deals. Between those three pieces of equipment and some resistance bands it’s an effective physical therapy setup. I’m on my 4th foot/ankle surgery, so the PT setup is our primary goal but doubles as a decent mini circuit gym. :)

I have one!! I don't do anything fancy with it and I'm too afraid to jump and hit my head on the ceiling lol. But I LOVE using it for jogging! I can get a serious power jog going while I watch TV. And my kids love just plain jumping on it of course. It technically can fold away, but I just keep mine propped up against the wall when I'm not using it.
