Weight is not the same as health.

We're measuring our health with weight for a game, but they are not the same. My weight is still over where I was last July at the end of the first Transformer I did, but I'm way stronger and healthier now. Now I'm working through figuring out some food allergies/sensitivities and figuring out what my body needs.

Good job getting healthier (no matter what the scale says at this weigh in)!

I did one last year and lost all but the last one! You're never out! (There is a weight you have to get to by month 5 so you're not starving yourself for that last month)

Adding on to what Nicole and Jill said, you have to meet your final weight goal (90% of initial weight) by the end of your month 5 weigh in (around June 1st or so).

If you do, you have to maintain that 10% weight loss for the final (round 6) weigh in which is around July 1st. That's probably the toughest month.

If you don't meet that 10% goal at the end of month 5, you can't participate/share in the final pot. :(

I'm up 10 lbs from where I ended last year's Jan-June transformer... But still down 10 lbs from where I started last January. I count that as a semi-win.
So this year, I have another 20 lbs to go, but this will get me to my overall goal weight - come the end of this transformer!
I'll get it done this year - one day at a time.
First two habits to change this month: tracking my food and moving more

Hey! Great to see you again! I was so happy with last year's Jan-June transformer too. But gained my weight in the fall with darkness, stress, cold, etc. I am trying to psych myself to do my weigh in, since I haven't weighed myself since early fall, and I know my clothes are tight but don't know how bad the damage is :grimacing: finding out soon here!
